Members of the media who wish to speak with experts in the Department of Pediatrics/at Children's Hospital, or with patient families, should contact the News and Communications Office to arrange interviews or obtain information about a news release or event.
To reach the media team after business hours, dial the regular office number (615) 322-4747 and ask the operator to page the on-call staff member.
To protect the privacy and confidentiality of all Children's Hospital patients and families, medical center policy requires a staff member from News and Communications to accompany all reporters, video crews, and photographers visiting the hospital.
